Our History

The Ellis A&M Club is proud of its commitment to providing scholarships to hard working, talented students who truly want to be Fightin' Texas Aggies and is excited to be holding our 20th Scholarship Golf Tournament this year. When the first tournament was held in 2005, none of us could have imagined the longevity of this event. We have been blessed with successful tournaments over the past 20 years providing the opportunity and privilege to award scholarships every year to outstanding future Aggies in the West Ellis County area.

Tournament Information

• 4 Person Scramble Format with Shotgun Start 
• Mulligan Tickets Available at Check-In
• Check-In and Day-Of Registration Begin at 11:30 am
• Lunch provided beginning at 11:30 am
• Tee-Off at 1:00 pm
• Soft Spikes or Soft Sole Shoes Only
• No Personal Food or Drink Coolers on the Course (A Beverage Cart Will be Provided)
• - Have Fun and Be Friendly! 

Registration Information

• Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities Open Immediately at  $100.00 per player 
• Registration deadline is April 28th; 
• Registrations after deadline based on available space
• Entry fee includes the following: Cart and Green Fees, Range Balls, Lunch, Gifts
• Proceeds and Donations to be used for the cost of the tournament with the remainder going directly to the Ellis A&M Club Scholarship Fund

Sponsorship Information

Sponsorship opportunities will be provided on a first come, first served basis. In order to have our sponsors listed and included as provided, we require that we receive your contribution no later  than Friday, April 26, 2024.
